Kasey Gill Luce is a partner at Kennedy Luce LLC, where she focuses her practice on family law, divorce mediation, real estate, estate planning, and probate. She is known for being a thoughtful listener, a trusted advocate during difficult transitions, and a practical problem-solver who helps clients move forward with clarity and confidence.

Ms. Luce assists clients in all aspects of family law, including divorce, custody, parenting plans, child support, and post-judgment matters. A Certified Divorce and Family Mediator through Connecticut Mediation, she is dedicated to resolving disputes efficiently and respectfully, with an emphasis on collaboration, transparency, and long-term stability. Her approach blends legal insight with empathy, allowing clients to feel supported while staying focused on solutions.

“Thank you—working with you has been the best part of this divorce.”

Clients consistently appreciate Ms. Luce’s ability to identify what truly matters, explain options clearly, and guide matters to resolution without unnecessary conflict or delay.

“As I look for silver linings to keep me calm, I have to say the best decision I made was to work with you.”

In addition to her family law and mediation practice, Ms. Luce advises clients on residential real estate transactions, estate planning, and probate administration. She regularly works with individuals and families to plan for the future, protect assets, and navigate legal transitions with care and precision.

“Kasey went above and beyond to guide and advise me. She was always quickly responsive to my many questions and issues.”

Ms. Luce is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, including the Family Law, Real Property, and Estates & Probate Sections. She is also a longtime board member of the Wilton Playshop and is actively involved in supporting community-based arts and nonprofit organizations. Ms. Luce’s approach to the practice of law is rooted in the example set by her father, who served as a Connecticut judge for thirty-five years. Watching him approach each matter with fairness, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to doing what was right shaped her own sense of responsibility as an attorney.
